Welcome to DOUF. This is our story.

It all began on a beach, after the end of an entrepreneurial project. In that moment of new beginnings, a reflection inspired by a piece from Prada's pink line emerged: why do exclusive garments and elegant design have to be inaccessible? And why the industry is empty of real message?

There was a gap in the industry: the need to unite: • The exclusivity of luxury brands • Simple and elegant design • A powerful message behind it • An accessible price • The best possible quality in the market

DOUF was born to fill this void. The name has its own story: during a car trip to the outskirts of Madrid, on the way to a friend's house, Luis (S/O ;) ) suggested "DOUF". It comes from the French slang verlan from the 80s, where "fou" (crazy) becomes "d´ouf" - a term that describes something crazy/extraordinary.

At DOUF, we believe that the real value in fashion is on the message it sends to the society, we see it as a "tool" to influence our world so fashion without a real message is just clothing.

Our true mission goes beyond creating garments: we seek to inspire doing things extraordinarily well, working on concepts that impact and send a real usefull message to the world. This is where we focus all our energy and where the true artistic value of what we do resides.

Our first collection is inspired by ambition and creativity, narrating how a dream can become reality when you work on it. A message that deeply resonated with our customers. In fact, one of the most memorable moments was when, at a party, a stranger approached to talk about DOUF. We ended up talking for an hour and a half about how important it is to make the most of what you have in your life and how this mindset can change the way you see things.
